Chronicler End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using Chronicler ("Software"). By using the Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Source-Available Terms

Chronicler is "Source-Available." While the source code is public for auditing and transparency:

• You may NOT redistribute, repackage, or sell the Software or any modified version of it as a competing product.
• You may NOT use the Software in any way that violates local, state, or international laws.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright notices) of the Developer.

4. NO WARRANTY (The "As-Is" Clause)

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. THE DEVELOPER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, ACHIEVE ANY INTENDED RESULTS, OR BE ERROR-FREE.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any legal action or proceeding related to this Software shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Spain.
