Librarian
The Anonymous Wanderer
A small cloaked figure under a wide hat, weighed down by a bulging satchel. You never see what's beneath the clothes, and that's the magic of it: the Librarian could be anyone, so anyone can be the Librarian. It travels the world as an onlooker rather than a hero, gathering knowledge and stories - a quiet stand-in for the worldbuilder who stays behind the work instead of in front of it.
Definition

- The gentle art of collecting stories while never staying in one place.

From the creator
I really like this! It's simple and easily recognizable. It captures well the feel of the type of person you'd associate with world building, the type of nerd that you think of in archaeology or as a librarian, and your mind goes wild thinking of all the things that might be in that bag! And I really like how the character itself is anonymous, it could be anyone, and so anyone can relate to it, and how the artist is behind the work and not the focus of it I also wanted to add a bit of a 'adventurous feeling'. The critter travels to seek knowledge and stories as an onlooker instead of an active participator thus the the appearance underneath the clothes remains unknown.
