Star Captain

Introduction

Dressed in a uniform of deep cosmic blue scattered with stars, barn-owl wings, and a captain's cap topped with a feather, the Star Captain navigates by the constellations and writes by them too. The weapon of choice is a fountain-pen sword with a nib for a blade. Their motto is "the pen is mightier than the sword".

Born from the stars, Captain is to oversee the creation of worlds. They star-hop, watching civilizations grow. Their job is to catalogue all that happens in these worlds from beginning to end. Down to the smallest of details. The "sash" around their waist is an infinite scroll, used to catalogue. They can take a piece of it and write with the quill in their hat. As for the pen sword, that is the Ink of Life. Using that, they can make concepts real with a stroke of the pen. The ink is specially infused with stardust (a base lifeform for everything) which allows them to draw anything and make it come to life. They only use it sparingly.

Character

Captain stands around 8-9 feet tall. Their wingspan stretches fully to 22 feet long. Having barn owl wings, they are able to fly silently, undetected. Their skin is a bit velvety to the touch and smells like old books. Their eyes have the compass symbol inside them. With this, they are able to see in real time the information of the worlds they safeguard. Looking at people gives them information about their likes and dislikes, their history, and secrets. Looking at worlds shows the timeline history and important events, and even the future.

Personality

Captain is a well-tempered, divine being. They take their job very seriously and would never (purposely) do anything to jeopardize the development of new worlds. They have the utmost respect for any and all worlds, even the cruelest ones, because they believe in free will. They do not speak much as they are able to say a lot with their facial expressions.
